Anthony Chevalier

Anthony Chevalier is ARCHITEKT's CPO and co-founder, a governance, transformation and product leader who works with boards and leadership teams to clarify decision, operating and business models so execution holds at scale across APAC, Europe and the Americas.

Position

Anthony combines strategy and delivery to shape decision, operating and business models so execution holds at scale. He sits between executive arbitration, operating-model design and multi-country execution, running modular engagements on one method: map, frame, structure, deliver. He treats AI as architecture rather than tooling, integrated into the practice itself to extend executive judgment where speed and scale matter. He has 20+ years of experience, including 15 in senior and advisory executive roles worldwide, across 10 industries and 3 regions. His crisis-management grounding is 7 years in a EUR 10B hedge fund through the Lehman collapse. He designed the ARCHITEKT logo. He is based in Bangkok.

Numbers

Documented outcomes include 30+ strategic programs in the EUR 15M to 500M+ scope, more than EUR 2M in documented savings across engagements, a 46% e-commerce revenue lift in 11 months, EUR 400K saved on a single design-system RFP, 149 dialogue paths deployed including 79 advanced flows, and 3700 structured feature specs co-produced with the co-founder CTO on On-Care.
