This privacy policy describes the real data flows behind the contact form and the site analytics. It is kept in lockstep with the wired form provider, so the processors named here are exactly the ones that handle a submitted message.
What does the form collect?
The contact form collects your name, your email address, an optional organisation, and your message. Nothing else is requested, and nothing is gathered in the background.
What is the lawful basis?
Consent. The form carries a required consent checkbox, and the message is processed for one purpose only, to reply to you. There is no autoresponder and no marketing use.
Who processes the data?
The message is received by a Cloudflare Pages Function, checked with Cloudflare Turnstile, and delivered by Cloudflare Email to the collective inbox. No third party form vendor stores your submission. Usage of the site is measured with cookieless analytics that records no personal identifier. The analytics vendor is confirmed at launch and reconciled here.
How long is it kept, and who is the contact?
Retention and the data protection contact are operator supplied and pending. Both are confirmed and stated here when the operator provides them, so this page never states a term or a contact that has not been agreed.
