Kantar XTEL.

A product-transformation program that restructured an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform for Fortune 500 CPG clients across five countries.

What was the situation?

Kantar XTEL ran an AI-driven B2B SaaS platform serving Fortune 500 consumer-goods clients including Nestle, Danone and Beiersdorf across France, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Spain, but its product structure and operating model were not aligned for coherent multi-country delivery.

What did ARCHITEKT do?

As Head of Product Transformation from 2022 to 2023, Anthony Chevalier framed the product vision, shaped the multi-country roadmap and structured decision flows. He mapped the full product architecture end-to-end via storymapping, structuring the platform for AI integration and API connectivity, and facilitated service-blueprint workshops. He overhauled QA with senior testers, defining validation workflows, personas and user flows, and led international ethnographic and secondary research across North America and Europe. He then designed and implemented a scalable Design System under accessibility constraints for multi-country delivery coherence.

What changed, measurably?

The platform was restructured for AI integration and API connectivity, decision flows were aligned across five countries, and QA was rebuilt around validation workflows, personas and user flows. A scalable Design System built under accessibility constraints enabled delivery coherence for France, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Spain, informed by ethnographic and secondary research across North America and Europe.

Kantar XTEL’s B2B SaaS platform stopped being structured for one market at a time, so an end-to-end product architecture aligned decision flows across five countries for Fortune 500 consumer-goods clients.

How does one platform serve five countries coherently?

The full product architecture was mapped end-to-end via storymapping and paired with a Design System built under accessibility constraints, so France, Italy, Portugal, Romania and Spain delivered against one structure rather than five divergent ones.

How does QA hold up under multi-country delivery?

QA was overhauled with senior testers around validation workflows, personas and user flows, so quality was defined once and carried across the five-country delivery instead of being re-improvised per market.
